we ought to be able to shut them down cuz we have had an extra week of practice towards them but it will be hard. they r fast and are a pretty good team. This will be r most important game in order to make the playoffs

I just finished typing my response to this to my thread on Fearless for those of you who go over to FF, y'all should go check out the thread. I'm liking what I'm reading. But I'm just going to copy and paste my post from there.
Ok...after some sleep, *not nearly enough after the all nighter I pulled studying*, I have thought about a few things. At the beginning of this season looking forward to each game I saw no way possible that Lonoke wouldn't whoop Marianna. Now back to reality, Marianna is not having the year most people thought they would. They're a threat and not just a small one. In the same respect, Lonoke is not having the year I predicted them to have either. I figured they would hands down be able to take the 3 seed in the conference, and have a nice shot at fighting for the 2nd. Right now I see them fighting for 4th which is still no shame. I've heard a lot of good things about Marianna, and they are not going to be a team Lonoke is just going to go roll over. They're going to have to fight for this game through every last down and leave every ounce of them on that field Friday night. Marianna has speed from what I hear which can do them a lot of good; but I also hear that they are not conditioned the best and that they are not great 4th quarter contenders, which is an area the Rabbits should be able to capitalize on. Granted all of it is hearsay so I count on nothing! Every team is different, and every game on Friday night as different, I don't count on anything that I hear from other teams. What matters is how each team plays this Friday night!
This game is going to be a brawl, and closer than I feel comfortable saying. My heart tells me if Lonoke plays some serious ball that there is no reason the game shouldn't be theres, my head then reminds me that Marianna is going to knock some blocks off if we don't play prepared but that we still can do this. Anything can happen in this game, and it can go either way at any time. Dont feel comfortable calling this one, but I'm going to give it to my Jackrabbits though, Lonoke 32-Marianna 30. Give it 200% Lonoke, and play that way through every last play. Wish I could make it, this game is going to be awsome. Can't wait to hear how it goes though...GO LONOKE! LTO!!

Congrats Marianna! I would have given anything to make this game especially after hearing about it when I got off a little bit ago. From what I heard both teams left everything they had out on that field. Lonoke has absolutely nothing to be ashamed of. Sounds like and absolutely amazing game. Lonoke I am so proud of you boys, sounds like you guys gave 100% tonight, and you should not be hanging your head for any reason. Brad get your chin up right now ya hear me...Jamie said you couldn't have done a better job if you had to...it stinks to be so close but you boys gave it your all! Love ya little cousin, you work hard this week and just keep doing awsome! A ton of people didn't even think you'd make it that far against Marianna, and you proved them all wrong and played this game nose to nose. I am so proud of y'all. Practice hard this well, got another tough one next week! GO LONOKE!
